What can I deliver?

 
Almost everything, except for illegal or contraband items regulated by law of Singapore.
 

Can I deliver food or perishable products?

 
Sorry we cannot deliver food. Apparently there are some regulations to food delivery.
We are working on it, once we are approved, we will notify everyone!
 

Can I deliver fagile products?

 
Yes you can, please make sure that you state it clear in the remarks section. Also ensure that the courier picking up the item knows that special care is required for the product.
 

How do I open an Account ?

 
You can signup HERE. Check the Customer checkbox and fill up the rest of the form and submit. You have your account!
 

How do I make payment ?

 
You can make payment either by credits you bought with us, or paypal.
We recommend you to buy credits with us in advance as this will not incur any paypal fee.
 

When do I make payment ?

 
Payment will be collected when you post a job.
 

How do I purchase credits ?

 
Credits can be purchased anytime. We accept Bank Transfer, Cash or Cheque.
We will require 2 days for processing after we recieved the payment.
 

How do I purchase credits using bank transfer?

 
To purchase credits using bank transfer, please transfer the amount you want to purchase to
DBS Current Account , Account Number 100-902448-8.
Please drop us an email at payment@crosstrack.sg with the your name, username, transfered amount and transaction number after you do so. Thank you.
We will require 2 days for processing after we recieved the payment.
 

How do I purchase credits using cash?

 
For cash, please make the cash payment at our office.
Our office address is located at 2 Jalan Rajah, #05-24 Golden Wall Flatted Factory, Singapore 329134.
We will require 2 days for processing after we recieved the payment.
 

How do I purchase credits using cheque?

 
For cheque, please post the cheque to our office.
Please write your name and username at the back of the cheque.

COURIER FAQ

 

How do I sign up as a Courier ?

 
You can signup HERE, Check the Courier checkbox, fill up the rest the form and submit.
We will then contact you for a short interview.
After the interview, you will have your account activated. Start bidding for jobs!
 

Where is the interview held ?

 
The interview will be held in our office. Some of you may be holding a full time job, we can always arrange the interview to be somewhere else.
 

What happens if I lose a parcel ?

 
Please do not lose any parcel. Every parcel is important. If you lose any parcel, please contact us immediately at 81660097 .
 

What happens if I am late for delivery ?

 
Contact the person and ask for time extension. If the time extension is not possible, try to come to a agreement on the next delivery time, and please let us know the agreement. You can call 81660097 to inform us of the new agreement immediately. Try not to be late for delivery as customer might rate you badly, which will affect your chance to get jobs in the future.
